Y’all know what time it is–time for the monthly update of Yuri Kissaten. The FINAL update of 2025, which also means the final update of our 5 for ’25 Campaign.
November was absolutely jam-packed with events for both Bea and Fruz, and ended up delaying some of the bonus patron-only posts we were making into this month. You still gotta be excited for them anyway, though.
In the past month, we:
- Explained that she’s purple for an amazing reason.
- Participated in #PitchYaGame2025!
- Asked you again to try out the audiobook for “Rainbow Destructor.”
- Fantasized about nonexistent comic book compilations.
- Recommended Fruz as an excellent partner on any creative project.
- Finished a stupendously beautiful commission by Fruz.
- Recommended Bea as an excellent tie-in writer for any creative project.
- Joined the Choose Wisely Festival, running from December 8-15!

Looking Forward
- Winter Heat releases on 12/12!!!!!
- We’ll be distributing a bunch of the Kickstarter rewards this week, too, although some of them will be later on. Most patrons here also backed the project, so this applies to most of you.
- Airship’s on sale now for -30%, but it’ll also be on sale for -25% during the Winter Sale just a few days later. Basically a whole month where this great game is on a pretty nice sale. Buy it for your nonbinary cousin.
- The next Yuri Kissaten Espresso showcase is ALSO coming on 12/12, where multiple new Yuri Kissaten projects will be unveiled. The 5 for ’25 Campaign reaches its zenith…!
- We’ll do an official year-end wrap up for the 5 for ’25 Campaign sometime in January, by the way.
5 for ’25 Status
- Winter Heat – Friday!!!!!
- Toxic Yuri – The demo will be complete by the end of this month, and probably launched in January.
- Ryugaku Ren’ai – Stalled out, but a new prototype is on its way…
- ??? – Will this be ready to show off by the end of the year? Not sure!
- ??? – This one will premiere in the next Espresso!
- ??? – A sudden sixth project rapidly making its way into the ranks? Wha?? This is still very early, but moving quickly.
